1 cup water chestnut flour
1 cup of water
Rock salt as per taste
1 green chili, chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
Oil for greasing the pan

Method Mix water chestnut flour, rock salt, chopped green chilies and chopped fresh coriander in a bowl.
Give it a whisk and add a cup of water to make a smooth batter. Keep it aside for 5 minutes. The consistency of the batter should be smooth, thick and flow.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with minimum oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the heated pan and spread immediately.
Let it cook till the edges start to turn golden in color. Flip it and cook, from both sides.
Serve with curd or raita.
